▪ Responsible for the hiring and onboarding of new employees for all departments of the club including duties such as conducting interviews, initiation of background checks, facilitating new hire paperwork through DocuSign, administering employee drug tests, and coordinating HR records and new hire documentation with corporate HR department.▪ Maintain accurate records of accounts payable invoices by creating detailed weekly purchasing logs and effectively communicating with corporate accounting department. Ensure club is current on all bills and charges. ▪ Responsible for reconciling club credit card for all departments monthly by collecting, coding, and uploading all receipts. ▪ Manage member billing accounts and process monthly charges/refunds. This includes fielding member questions and disputes regarding monthly billing statements while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. ▪ Created and facilitated new onboarding strategy and training schedule to improve hiring process showing increased employee satisfaction and retention.
