I’m an experienced opinion research professional with over 20 years of expertise in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research that informs public policy, supports meaningful communications, and provides input for strategic decisions. I specialize in working with public agencies to gather meaningful insights on topics that directly affect people's day-to-day lives, from transportation and education to disaster readiness, healthcare, waste and recycling, water conservation, environmental issues, and roadway safety. As a RIVA-trained and experienced focus group moderator, my clients value my ability to translate complex policy proposals and difficult to grasp concepts into approachable language for use in our research.
