When I first visited Bella Sante Day Spa and Med Spa, I was looking for a few hours to relax and renew. What I discovered was an experience so uplifting and immersive that I knew I had to be a part of it. I joined the team at Bella Sante in 2002 with the goal of combining my knowledge of skincare and my strong leadership skills to help Bella Sante develop and grow.Today, we employ more than 150+ estheticians, nail technicians, massage therapists and stylists in three locations. As Vice President, I manage the Spa Directors in each of our locations, as well as our Director of Inventory. I work closely with our CEO to develop and coach toward strong performance standards, continuous increased efficiencies and unparalleled growth in our region and industry.
