Massachusetts Exemplary Schools Project:• Analyzed state data to identify middle and high schools with highest student growth on the MCAS and multiyear positive trends in growth. Interviewed principals regarding their leadership practices in selected high-growth schools. • Synthesized findings. Ongoing AGI Projects:• Conducted statistical analyses in STATA and Excel; produced charts, graphs and tables to display findings.• Proofread and edited articles for publication in both mainstream and scholarly journals.• Contributed to annual AGI Summer Institute: assisted in the development of sessions; planned and facilitated daily discussions for school practitioners.• Coordinated AGI meetings, correspondence, events and outreach to the Harvard community and public.
