Executive AssistantRiverside Payments Feb 2022 - PresentVancouver, Washington, UsThe Executive Assistant, Talent Acquisition will support the four phases of onboarding: Pre-Onboarding, New Hire Welcome, Training Transition, and New Hire Success in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and Training departments. The Executive Assistant, Talent Acquisition is detail oriented, managing new hire documentation and onboarding schedules. As the primary point of contact for new hires from offer to start, the Executive Assistant, Talent Acquisition is focused on decreasing the time it takes to get candidates into training programs and elevating the new hire experience. Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a proper hand off at the point of offer.
