Under the mentorship of Theresa Falcone and Kara Unger, I have begun working as a Fashion Marketing Intern for Onia Company. I also work with brands Rachel Parcell, IVL Collective, and WeWoreWhat. I am learning to use platforms Attentive, Shopify, and Buffer to build promotional campaigns, leveraging these tools to create impactful email and text message advertising strategies. I communicate with Kara and her marketing team daily to keep on top of scheduled promotional campaigns and other tasks.

As the captain of my cheerleading team, I lead with a strong commitment to teamwork, positivity, and excellence. I foster a supportive environment where every member feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. My role involves not only honing my own skills but also mentoring teammates, coordinating practices, and serving as a liaison between our coaches and team members. Through effective communication and collaboration, I help cultivate a unified team spirit, set ambitious goals, and celebrate our collective achievements. My experience as a captain thus far has enhanced my leadership abilities, strengthened my resilience, and deepened my passion for fostering teamwork and camaraderie both on and off the field.

I am a Social Media Representative on the Villanova University Cheerleading Team. I work closely with the coaching staff and another representative to run the team's Instagram and Facebook pages. This has allowed me to explore my interest in marketing, learn about branding, and become extremely proficient with Canva.

I was recently initiated into the Alpha Phi International Fraternity with the goal of participating in and eventually leading community service, raising money for Women's Heart Health, and creating lifelong bonds with my sisters.

I joined this organization to develop knowledge of the fashion world in relation to the business world, as I aspire to be the CEO of my own fashion company one day.

I am a hostess at the Blueplate Restaurant. I interact with and seat customers, bus tables, and make sure the restaurant is clean and organized. One of my favorite parts of the job is offering people the drink of the day and seeing how many I can sell. I also work closely with the other hostesses, waitresses, chefs, and food runners to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and the customers are happy!

I have been selected as a Team Captain of Alpha Phi for the NOVAdance foundation. It is my job to come up with creative ways to get the sisters of Alpha Phi involved with raising money and awareness for childhood cancer research.

I was the counter girl at an Italian restaurant, Naples at the Warehouse, for my first summer job. I answered phones, worked at the counter, interacted with customers, and packaged food orders. I learned key interactional and social skills with customers, bosses, and managers, as well as experienced first-hand the inner workings of a small business.
