I am a Case Manager with Multnomah County's Aging, Disability and Veteran Services Department. I work with a team to provide government sponsored benefits to vulnerable populations. I can make extremely complicated processes and legal decisions easy for anyone to understand. I easily manage a workload with competing deadlines and frequent interruptions. I have saved my department time by creating more efficient administrative processes through process improvement work groups. I enjoy working on teams, but thrive when given the opportunity to manage my own workload.
