Bubbly, bilingual, and detail-oriented. I am currently working at Victory Family Counseling where I provide mental health counseling to children, teens, adults, couples, and groups. I have experience developing and creating processes and procedures for a community case management department, including connecting people with resources in the community. I exhibit excellent communication skills and strategic problem-solving while bringing people together with my ability to lead.My primary mission is to break barriers, empower people, and provide the necessary skills for individuals to cope with daily stressors. I have a great passion to help many minor communities, especially the Latinx Community and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities. I am fluent in Spanish and English, currently learning American Language (ASL). I tailor my approaches to the client's strengths, interests, and support needs.
