I believe in bringing equity and improving the lives of others in the community.I have over 14 years' experience in the clinical and administrative health care and nonprofit fields. My current role is Executive Staff Coordinator with the Community Foundation of Greater Flint. My roles have consisted of a variety of duties including assisting with program development, strategic planning, grant application/management, project management, community outreach, office management, IT improvement projects, and other administrative duties. My administrative experience includes the training and implementation of EMRs, medical software and equipment, policy and standard operating procedures development, grant management, Maintenance of medical and dental equipment and software, supply inventory, software training, template building for clinical notes, medical and dental billing and reports. My clinical experience includes chair side dental assisting, dental surgery assisting in an operating room setting, dental assistant training, dental radiography certification, specialty medical clinic development, medical and dental supply research, client service representation, sterilization/OSHA protocols, and standard of procedures.
