1. As a Scrum Master for R&D department of KUKA China, be responsible to build self-organized teams, improve team working efficiency, strengthen the awareness and practice of Agile/Scrum. 2. During software development process, be responsible to identify teams’ problems, and actively help teams to solve obstacles, implement effective risk control and conflict management, make team resources fully utilized with a good output. 3. As the interface between team and external parties, shield outside interference to team members and protest teams from disturbance during the development process, so that teams can deliver Product increments (Potential Shippable Product Incremental) on time during each iteration cycle. 4. 1, As the Scrum Master of 3 development teams of NOKIA TD-LTE DL MAC (about 20 people), help the teams change from waterfall work model to agile/Scrum and enhance a better understanding of Scrum to enact better Scrum practice by providing agile/scrum workshops. 2, Pay attention to the tasks of the project teams, such as what tasks have been completed, which tasks have started, what new tasks have been found, and which estimation may have changed. 3, According to the project status, update the daily workload using Burndown Chart to visualize project development schedule on scrum board. 4, Be responsible for identifying obstacles and dependencies and work out plans to address these obstacles within cross functional teams. 5, Coordinate cross functional teams and work with European teams on product development and release. 6, With PO and CFAM/EFS experts, clear product requirements and directions, develop release plan to achieve rapid product iteration. 7, Improve the continuous integration of products, promote the implementation of ATDD, improve product automation testing coverage to ensure sustainable product quality.
