During this year I had the opportunity to be present in different types of improvement projects on Health where i applied the Lean methodology. I had projects in several areas such as: Operating Room, Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical Pathways, Medical device flow chain, administrative services, Cardiac Intensive Care Units, Emergency, among others.

ISQ was the company that made available to me one of its laboratories to apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology in the scope of my dissertation.
