- Assist Cybis event producers- Prepare internal production guides and develop production team schedules- Assist with coordination of travel itineraries- Communicate logistical information to Team Cybis- Edit/ensure accuracy of printed materials- Communicate with clients professionally and enthusiastically if asked to do so- Prepare mailings and shipments- Assist with marketing efforts involving social media and newsletter disbursement - Participate in creative brainstorming meetings- Perform administrative tasks & assist with the development of company documentation- Assist with coordination of equipment rental/acquisition- Manage collection of event assets in post-production phase- Work directly with the Executive Producer & Executive Coordinator to assist with special projects- Help maximize EP’s productivity at all times
