Sara Madden (nee Boddy) is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Convera, the world's largest B2B payments business in the cloud. As CISO, Sara is responsible for global cyber risk and compliance, cybersecurity programs, cybersecurity operations, identity and access management. With 25 years’ experience in the information security field, Sara specializes in global risk and compliance, strategic threat analysis, incident response, application security, and information security awareness training. She is a frequent keynote speaker, her threat research earned a 2018 BlackHat briefing, she is a 2x RSA Security Conference speaker, and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Prior to Convera, Sara was a Senior Director at F5 where she built the threat intelligence reporting division, F5 Labs, and oversaw the DevCentral community.
