Manage all financial matters related to the company, including:• develop and implement internal budgetary and accounting policies• supervise production of monthly and annual financial statements and reports (including profit/loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow, equity, etc.) ensuring their compliance with Iran’s general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)• ensure company compliance with mandatory quarterly taxation reporting for the National Tax Admission Organization of Iran (NTAOI), and• supervise maintenance of fixed asset register.

Complete monthly bank statement reconciliations.• Prepare quarterly and annual tax statements for the National Tax Admission Organization of Iran (NTAOI).• Prepare annual profit and loss statements.• Supervise annual stock take of stored goods.• Manage relationships with suppliers.• Check and ensure accuracy of junior accountants’ records of bank transactions, invoice payments and wages payments.• Calculate and pay mandatory employee and company contributions to Social Security Organization (SSO) of Iran on behalf of employees and contractors.• Manage the financial activities of external contractors, ensuring compliance with their contracts and resolving any disputes.

• Prepare whole of company end-of-month reports and financial statements.• Prepare ad-hoc and scheduled financial reports for new and existing creditors in compliance with loan conditions.• Ensure company compliance with relevant taxation regulations and preparing quarterly reports for the National Tax Admission Organization Of Iran (NTAOI), in compliance with Iranian company tax requirements.• Conduct monthly bank statement reconciliations.• Managing fixed assets including maintaining asset register, asset tracking and depreciation.• Managing petty-cash flow.• Liaise with external auditors

• Review procurement documents and prepare orders.• Negotiate contracts with suppliers.• Develop and monitor cost-reduction strategies.• Develop and monitor inventory control procedures.• Develop and monitor purchasing policies.• Manage vendors.
