I partnered with Marketing, New Product Innovation and Go to market teams; on ideas and best practices in order to shape and define the demand, build Business Cases to drive processes improvements and develop new capabilities.• I proposed and drive a program, focused on encouraging the innovation culture to IT associates. I facilitated the innovation committee sessions to evaluate ideas. This program was included in IT development career path.• I integrated a business case to transform the insights research capability, and I coordinated the implementation of a technical solution. • I lead the implementation of Accolade and BLUE; both solutions support the products innovation process of new products. This project has contributed since 2014 in the optimization of the commercial innovation portfolio, allowing to evaluate the profitability of the initiatives and is key in the construction of loved brands (love brands).• I led the technical team to implement SAP/Ariba to indirect goods; through of a transformation of vendor management process support by the solution, the expenses targets were overcome in the first year of operation and the IT team obtaining positive recognition.
