Game Day Responsibilities:- Being the Face of the Faithful Rewards at a location on the concourse answering questions, helping troubleshoot potential issues- Assisting in organizing members for field access, mascot/cheerleader meet-ups, etc.- Escorting members for field access, mascot/cheerleader meet-ups, etc.- Managing potential game day fulfillment of redemption items- Managing email inquiries requiring day-of coordination- Additional Faithful Rewards and Golden Opportunities Related Game Day tasksDay-to-Day Responsibilities: - Managing Faithful Rewards email account- Managing rewards fulfillment with our distribution partner- Managing Faithful Rewards inventory with our inventory and rewards platform- Providing critical feedback to management on the tenor of interactions and engagement with members- Additional Faithful Rewards and Golden Opportunities related to Day-to-Day tasks

* Set up equipment, runs, and strike fan zones and kids' zones at all home games *Assist with the set up and maintenance of equipment assets, including tents, tables, chairs, promotional materials for all of the organization's non-football related events *Provide hospitality including serving as a greeter, checking in guests, serving water, and giving directions *Aide in the execution of Raiders youth football programs *Assist in the operation of "Community Monday" events*Engage and interact with fans through the various interactive activities provided at the "Raider Nation On Location" fan engagement booth *Manage various lines at Fan Zones, non-football related events at training camp

* Game night selling of raffle tickets to Warriors fans within Oracle Arena in either a stationary kiosk location or as a roaming sales representative*Accepting and accounting for large sums of cash on a nightly basis*Communicating and educating clearly about the 50/50 raffle rules and procedures to potential customers
