Current✦ Management of more than 20 web & mobile design, development, and branding projects.✦ Participation in project discovery workshops.✦ Collaboration with the head of Design✦ Managing and coordinating all project actions with the team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project delivery within the budget and timeline.✦ Making sure team members have everything they need.✦ Monitoring and reporting regularly on the project progress to the clients and stakeholders.✦ Monitoring and recording the project progress in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Productive.✦ Project evaluation and assessment of results.✦ Efficiently handling all escalations.✦ Keeping the resource calendar up to date at all times.✦ Continuously looking for ways to improve production performance – different game plans, templates, 7 keys approach.✦ Assisting with writing business proposals to the existing clients.✦ Boosting the upsell efforts.✦ Participation in recruiting process of new team members.✦ Resource management across the company.
