-Maintain relationships with over 300 Association Exhibitors during the Annual Convention.-Develop and deploy email communication to all Exhibitors in preparation for the Annual Convention.-Acquire new Exhibitor business and renew existing contracts.-Execute Partner agreement deliverables with various departments within the Association.-Serve as the primary staff liaison to the Foundation Committee and its subcommittees, facilitating communication via Zoom.-Manage meeting schedules, maintain minutes, and create supporting materials for Committee meetings.-Coordinate the grants and scholarships process, ensuring all deadlines are met.-Plan and guide the Foundation Committee in executing multiple events during the Annual Convention.

I worked as the Director of The Truman Institute's assistant primarily with Conferences and Events on Truman's campus. I worked with the clients from start to finish to ensure that they had the best experience possible while at Truman. As a new assistant-ship position, I helped pave the way for other Master's students to work in events and help the Truman community.
