Promoting collaborative practice to meet organisational & audience needs.We have co-founded F&M Studio to offer arts and cultural organisations specialist resources in areas of strategy, programme development, project management and communications. We are passionate about public participation and work collaboratively with organisations and audiences to facilitate the delivery of creative initiatives that impact their creative change.After 28 years of working in national and regional museums as a senior manager, curator, educator, art historian, project manager and mentor - devising and delivering programmes, major displays, national and international exhibitions and touring projects, artist residencies and commissions, overseeing a period studio and garden, as well as leading elements of five different capital programmes from fundraising to organisational change initiatives, I am working in partnership to develop a diverse range of clients inspired by creative collaboration and engagement.
