I'm a Bio-Tech professional with almost 10 years of experience under my belt. I currently work as a Quality Scientist within a Microbiology team at ThermoFisher Scientific working to monitor and maintain a gene therapy manufacturing site. My journey in Bio-Tech began at an early age, and it has fueled my passion for regulatory sciences. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Regulatory Sciences at Johns Hopkins University, and I am expanding my expertise beyond practical industry knowledge. By collaborating with faculty and peers, I aim to deepen my understanding of regulatory compliance.I am deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety within this industry. My career so far, has taught me that with the right mindset, processes can be streamlined to ensure that compliance is easily achievable when given the right resources. In the future I hope to continue working towards the development of processes that enable companies to maintain and foster compliance.
