Promote and sustain the Design + Build Brand within Southern Hospitality throughout New Zealand. Working with subsidiary companies to improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of the strategic plan, support better management reporting, information flow and management.Working with Regional Offices to develop and grow the Design + Build Brand. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of these services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
