I run the front of the house at the distillery, coordinating tours/tastings, private parities and larger private company events. I manage a team of 5-7 employees, creating schedules, taking inventory, receiving orders, approving invoices and more. I am the head contact for all events and fundraisers that we may do on and off premise with the company. I handle our local social media accounts, Facebook and Instagram.

I coordinate all Facebook posts, story post for the store. Create all flyers and content for other employees to use for promotions and marketing. I handle all opening duties of the bar/restaurant and set us up for success. I handle cash and credit card transactions. I manage multiple employees at a time.

I handle all opening and closing bar duties while on shift. I provide a great guest interaction and experience for everyone who comes in. I train new hires and servers promoted to bartending. I handkd cash transactions and my own daily bank.

I am the director of operations assistant for the LW Brands. I have helped in the planning, coordinating and executing of two very successful GM conferences. I handle all booking of airfare and hotels for all managers, employees and owners travel. I handle all ordering of merchandise, uniforms and items needed for promotional events. I also has the privilege of becoming one of the first on the marketing team. I helped land our deal with Rice University and build our brand awareness. I have helped with the planning of store events, charity events, hosted multiple trivia nights to boost in store sales and helped plan outside events for the company.

I worked closely with the owner and office supervisor building the air imports division. I helped gain new clients through calling, walk-ins, recommendations from customs and partners with our company. I helped build our revenue by building relationships and gaining repeat customers. I worked closely with fish and wildlife, FDA, and other branches of customs. I learned how to import with railways and ocean.

I worked at the Hooters Kirby location for over 7 years. In those 7 years I have become a bartender, trainer, and promo girl. I also have had the honor of becoming an assistant to our Regional Marketing Manger, Heather Suggitt. I have helped her in staffing events and supervising these events. As a bartender and trainer at the Kirby location I have trained new hire girls and managers in training. In being a Promo Girl I have done so many events, parties, charity events and more. I have had the pleasure of working with some of Houston's top radio stations, ESPN 97.5, Sports Radio 610,and The Outlaw Dave Show, I have been apart of planning and working some amazing charity events, such as The Sunshine Kids Christmas Party, the Annual Hooters Golf Tournaments, UFC and boxing events/weigh-ins and company Christmas parties in the city of Houston plus many other events in the Houston/Galveston area. The in-store promotions I have done include store anniversary parties, holiday parties, special events, and pageants. I have enjoyed all the time and events I have worked on with this company and all the opportunities they have given me.
