My current tasks include:- P&L definition and management for the Publishing division, including financial reporting - Profitability and sales volume forecasting - Development of the publishing creative strategy- Definition, implementation and management of the publishing marketing plan- Identifying market trends- Evaluation and implementation of new projects- Briefing the external staff (editorial director, graphic studios, production team)- Coordination of the production process: timing, negotiation, evaluation of new products and packaging- Relationship management with media space agency, advertising agency, toy marketing division and local licensing agency- Negotiation and management of national distributor contract, for products distribution and logistic- Implementation of a safety process for premiums
