As a Social Media Manager at Fact & Fiction, I use brand voice and trending topics to engage with different clients' audiences on their social media channels. Through content scheduling and community management, I help create an online community on social media that is tailored to each client's target audience. Since receiving my degree in strategic communications and my two years of social media experience, I have collaborated with a handful of clients to help creatively meet their social media goals.
