I am a highly-motivated and proactive Architect, with a proven record of achievement coordinating and planning residential and commercial construction and design projects. I am focused on identifying areas where improvements can be made and implementing strategies to promote best practice in order to improve existing systems. I have a demonstrable background in creating detailed architectural designs, sketches, plans and specifications, ensuring client and engineering objectives and specifications are consistently met.I have over five years of experience working in architectural design roles where I have been accountable for planning projects, monitoring progress, identifying dependencies and managing problems and issues. In addition, I have proven myself to be able to readily and effectively liaise with clients to gauge a full understanding of project needs in order to successfully prepare and deliver complex and comprehensive plans, sketches, schematics and cost estimates.I have a strong academic background, having completed a BSc (Hons) in Architecture in 2003 and an MSc in Sustainable Building Technology in 2010. I am also currently working towards a PhD in Environmental Building Design, as this is an area I am particularly interested in. I am fully committed to continuing professional development and have proven myself to be able to utilise my creative and analytical skills to create stunning visual designs which deliver energy cost savings. I am passionate about delivering the highest levels of service and enjoy being part of a successful and productive team where I am able to contribute my ideas and knowledge to ensure projects are delivered according to schedules.
