At Stella & Dot, I managed and oversaw all company legal initiatives and day-to-day legal and compliance matters, including strategic business programs and initiatives, commercial transactions, corporate governance, international and domestic retail and supply chain matters, technology and commercial operations, policy and compliance, and regulatory, intellectual property, data privacy, real estate, and employment issues.
