According to different periods of the month and the year I deal with different themes:• Planning, managing and monitoring the activities related with web productions starting from sales forecast data based on sales channel and product (web sites, e-commerce and associated services such as videos, photo services and apps).• Suppliers management from the definition of the contract in collaboration with Purchasing function, up to periodical alignment meetings in the company offices and/or in the production facilities with following meeting reports in order to share production status and update in performances.• Reporting and data analysis related with the production process in order to monitor the suppliers’ activity from a quantitative and qualitative point of view, in compliance with the defined lead times.• Definition of check quality and lead time models based on production kpi’s aimed to incentives or penalties to the suppliers in order to save cost.• Monthly production report, control and approval of invoices issued by Italian and foreign suppliers and load operations on the appropriate company systems.• Collaboration in the definition of restyling production processes within new or existing architectural infrastructures, in response to business needs and in order to support other team involved in the project such as MKTG, IT and RD from the workflow draft to the production.

In Editorial field:• Daily assignment of activities to suppliers• Activity of compiling and revising advertising spaces for large public entities such as Municipalities, Hospitals, etc. in paper form and on-line for PGialle, PGBianche or for the use of the 89 24 24 service operators.• Daily contact with the agency network for job orders management.
