Process workers compensation claims. Processes liability claims submitted by guests and auto loss claims: interfacing with insurance company claims adjusters and forwarding documentation as requested. Responsible for preparation, maintenance, and custody of all Risk Management files.Responsible for compilation of required reports to National Park Service, state agencies, etc. Creates and/or maintains computer-generated Risk Management databases, forms, and tables for data gathering, information tracking, and legal purposes; compiles and provides comparative statistical information for tracking and trending Risk Management performance. Collect, record and retain records of all departmental and unit building inspections and ensure that any deficiencies/corrective actions have been addressed. Collect, record and retain records of all departmental and unit safety talks. Participate in Safety Committee and Accident Review Team. Perform administrative duties within the Risk Management department.

-Management of all center operations on daily basis.-Serves as a primary contact and resource for clients seeking information, assistance or recommendations; has a thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities with the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.-Leads the local team of Customer Service Representatives in all aspects of daily center operations, scheduling, customer needs, and company initiatives.-Owns the customer journey from touring the prospect, leading the client move in process, and servicing the clients with their needs.-Assists manager with touring prospects and brokers to showcase the center in an effort to increase the client base and increase sales revenue.-Contributes to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying opportunities and actively up-selling/cross-selling Regus products and services.-Assists manager in producing referral business from a portfolio of local accounts, partnerships and neighboring businesses with a clear focus on generation of business revenue streams across all products locally and across the entire Regus network.• Lead center team in delivering outstanding customer service in order to help drive great NPS and retain client base.• Engages current and prospective client base by organizing center events, fostering the center community in an effort to maximize revenue opportunities.-Acts as an extension of our clients by delivering mail, answering phones, sending packages, ordering supplies, troubleshooting basic technical issues, preparing and reserving meeting rooms, arranging office furniture to accommodate center needs, and ensuring our clients are able to concentrate on their work while managing their office needs.
