I am passionate about applying machine learning, causal inference, and statistical tools to solve real-world problems. My research focuses on designing novel causal methods and developing software for analyzing biological data, which can help advance precision medicine and personalized healthcare. I also gained hands-on experience as a precision medicine intern at GNS Healthcare, where I performed predictive causal modeling on biological datasets using R and Python. During my research journey, I contributed to data preprocessing, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and scientific communication to journals and conferences. I have developed an open-source R-based Shiny software and two R packages (on Bioconductor) that provide system suitability monitoring tools for proteomics data. I am proficient in R, Python, machine learning, statistics, and causal inference methods.
