I am Dr Sara Mukhtar, Dentist, Student counselor (Mentor) & ResearcherPresently, I am working as an Associate Professor at University college of Medicine & Dentistry, Lahore Pakistan. My specialties include teaching Physiology to medical & dental students according to modern guidelines of the University. I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented and keep open lines of two-way communication during my class. I inculcate lecture objectives, animations, flashcards, video aids, lecture breakers, case-based scenarios, and references in my lectures. I prefer taking feedback at the end of class which is self-reflection for me.I am skilled in project-based learning while taking small group discussions. I believe in creating leaders and scholars among the students. I am a firm believer in teamwork. I encourage my juniors and always take an opinion and convey feedback to the head of the department to inculcate strategies for betterment.I believe that the skills that I have attained from the dynamic environment and competitive university define me and I am looking forward to implementing them and polishing them at any opportunity I receive
