Assist customers with service, pricing, and services we offer, handle all sales, set up appointment times and schedule all shop time, order supplies from vendors, maintain all business accounts,   billing, taxes, advertising, custom fabrication, welding, use of power tools: grinders, cut off  wheels, chop saws, sawzals, air tools, drill presses. Gone So Low Customs puts on two separate car shows each year. The Left Coast Sha'Bang is a full car show working hand in hand with the Albany Winter Rod and Speed Show. This show requires a great deal of organization paired with creativeness and innovation. I create pre-registration forms for both vendors and participants wanting to show their cars, as well as distribute and promote the show, I help design the tee shirts and trophies, organize raffle drawing and prizes, work directly with the Linn County Fair Grounds to secure show location and time, organize live entertainment for the show; such as bands and DJ for filler music, obtain any necessary permits and insurance for event, handle money, public speaking and show announcements, judge and present awards, create time line for event, organize and manage the show, and set up event and clean when finished. This show works directly to give back to the community by donating food contributions to the local area, as well as, donating all revenue made from spectator admissions to Children's Cancer Association. Our other event works directly to help the Union Gospel Mission of Salem and is called "Cruze for Food". I work directly with the Union Gospel Mission and Rock n' Rogers to orchestrate this event. This is a free event for the public. I also work with local business to obtain raffle donations, secure music and DJ for the event, and design and distribute flyers to the community. Gone So Low Customs believes in giving back to the local community ever chance we can.

Maintain detailed knowledge of the Oregon Administrative Rules regarding OYA foster care application procedures, monitor completion of requires documentation and communicate with foster care certifiers regarding timelines and additional documents needed. Conduct thorough electronic background/criminal history checks through LEDS and OR-Kids. Review and prepare CHC and OR-Kids documented findings for Manager Review. Process fingerprints through OSP. Maintain shared databases for tracking statuses. Activate, open or close foster home contracts in JJIS and RSTARS. Track and pay OPS invoices. Track, coordinate and prepare closed foster care certification files for annual archiving. Provide clerical and administrative support. Schedule appointments, events through electronic calendaring. Coordinate Community residential, foster care, and youth benefits meetings, maintain meeting agendas, and minutes. Compose memos, letters, certificates, various reports, surveys, and statistics. Assist hiring manager in recruitment, coordinate interviews, scheduling, preparation, and communication. JPAS security coordinator, training, and trouble shooting. Maintain detailed knowledge of the Oregon Administrative Rules regarding OYA Foster Care Application Process (OAR 416.530.0030), OYA Foster Care Application for Re-Certification (OAR 416.530.035), OYA Foster Care Selection (OAR 416.530.0050) and OYA Criminal Records Checks (OAR 416.800).

Monitors the safety and security of youth offenders and staff through audio and video communication systems, immediately dispatches Campus Security staff to the area of the facility where there is need. Ensures security of the Gatehouse and other gate entrances on the facility, receives incoming calls and routes to the proper facility extension. Communicates information of programs and policy to visitors, parents and public in person and by phone, Receipts money received in person or by mail, Enters and clears all OYA warrants, detainers and correction client entries into the Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) and National Crime Information Center (NCIC), Sends administrative messages to appropriate law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Oregon, Responds to inquires by law enforcement. Verify criminal records checks for visiting requests, and works with Executive Assistant 2 and facility superintendents to determine if visiting is approved or denied.
