As a Contact Center Consultant for a highly favored, Fortune 100 featured, development and acquisition company, I was able to dive directly into an area of work that was unknown to me and by doing so, I was provided with a new outlook on customer service and much more, along with assisting the residents and future residents of Camden.

Responsible for coordinating all sales, marketing, inventory, and business operations related to Discount Fitness Equipment Outlet (DFEO) - a division of Momentum Fitness Solutions (MFS). Coordinates shipments, installs and service orders of refurbished commercial-grade fitness equipment for consumers and businesses across the U.S. working closely with the MFS leadership and management team to promote, buy, refurbish, remanufacture, sale and ship pre-owned fitness inventory.

At Quick Weight Loss Centers, it was my number one priority to help clients reach their weight loss goals. As they came in for daily visits, I was in charge of making sure they had a meal plan to follow, blood pressure checks, measurements taken, and a smile on their face. If they were in need of any of supplements or edibles that the company sold to better their weight loss, it was my duty to serve them and make sure I made the exchange at the register following the proper checkout procedures. Working as a dietitian and also counselor at Quick Weight Loss Centers, I had to build a strong rapport with clients beginning with a nutritional class held by me before the began their weight loss journey. This position also included inventory input and organization.

As an Executive and Personal Assistant for Eastex Aero, I stayed in charge of creating, updating, and manning the website, as well as creating and editing videos and photos to add tot he site. I also made sure to answer phones, take down messages, log student and instructor information into Quickbooks, as well as, keep an updated check register and updated tax document. I reported directly to the owner. I earned the luxury of choosing my own schedule, so as long as my tasks and projects were complete, I was free to work the schedule of my choice, giving me more time for separate job paths. Scheduling prospects was another one of my tasks as an assistant. I am proficient in Quickbooks, Outlook, and any of the Microsoft Offices, as well as, Photoshop.

The food industry was where my job life began. I worked for many restaurants from the time I was sixteen years old until about twenty one. I started off as a hostess who simply greeted guests with a smile and guided them to the table they would be dining at. I quickly moved to a higher position as a hostess working to go orders, taking reservations, and updating the front hostess with what tables could be sat next. After my hostess position, I decided to take on bigger tasks and I began working as a waitress. My duties were to make sure my guests paid for their food, received the correct change, had a wonderful experience and would continue to return as our guests. After waiting tables, I took an open position as a bartender. Bartending was much faster paced, but I fell in love with the chaos and this is where I learned to become a successful multi-tasker. I made beverages that were worth the guest returning for so I could help create more revenue for the restaurant/ bar.
