Leading a creative team of Directors and Managers to grow revenue through innovative programming. Responsible for managing existing programs including Personal Training, Small Group Training Programs, Massage, Private Yoga, and Pilates. In addition to leading the Children's Programming Team including LSF Academy Youth Sports Classes, Childcare, PeeWee Preschool, Aquatics, Club48, Lakeshore Summer Camp, and Family events. Managing the hiring, training, scheduling, and auditing of staff and systems to ensure a high level of quality and service always. With a focus on developing, selling, and implementing new programs to increase revenue opportunity this dynamic role is successful by zeroing in on our core values of professionalism, ownership, team, quality, and celebration.

Primary Responsibilities:Work with studio managers to develop goals and strategies. Execute on the sales, marketing and operational strategies delivered by the executive team. Recruit, interview and hire managers for new or existing studios. Support studio managers in their hiring plan to fill out entire studio staff. Maintain studio operating budgets by working closely with each studio manager. Collaborate with the executive team on region or company wide initiatives, changes or feedback from the field. Identify trends within each region and set specific sales, marketing, retail or programming goals that correlate with the local needs. Work with finance team to set budgets for studios and well as provide monthly reporting review with studio managers. Evaluate class schedule with studio manager to best understand the market needs. Grow sales and membership base through authentic connections. Maintain an organized and efficient team wide lead flow to engage with new students. Regional Sales & OperationsReview studio level marketing plans, give coaching and direction based on studio needs (traffic,awareness, sales etc.) Provide analysis of monthly reports to studio managers on all sales, marketing, programming and operational data. Support sales training and staff development at the studios. Create and maintain an area wide updated marketing and events calendar, including workshop schedule,guerilla marketing efforts, in studio and out of studio events. Knowledge of surrounding competition and ability to create competitive differentiators within the studios and Yoga Six as a whole. Support managers in developing corporate partnerships and corporate memberships for all studios withina region.

- Review weekly profit and loss reports to determine weekly goals for each studio. Set goals with each manager and hold them accountable for all deliverables. Hold individual weekly meetings with both studio teams to review progress.- Create and submit proposals for new initiatives to help increase studio revenue. - Interview and onboard new employees. Ensure that all employees are the right fit for the company and each studio's community. - Manage over 75 employees. Including quarterly quality assurance reviews and mentorship. Ultimately responsible for the growth of these employees. Offer constant feedback that leaves employees feeling inspired and eager to grow. - Enroll students in and lead our 200 hour Teacher Training Programs three times per year. Utilize strong facilitation skills to deliver content and feedback, as well as promote conversation. Have facilitated over 12 different trainings and programs. - ERYT 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification
