- Planning and following all the process of orders, Shipments and custom clearances. - Following the payment process through the banks and have a good command of banking systems and regulations. - Monitoring the performance of my colleagues( Commercial Experts) .- Registering every new orders in Rahkaran System ( Hamkaran ) - Registering PIs in ministry of commerce website( NTSW) and follow to get the permits from MOC.- Checking Shipping and any other docs.- Follow the custom clearance process and and getting inspection certificate.- Monitor the orders from the beginning to the end to be sure that the cargoes would arrive at the warehouse on time without any delay.- Making the link between QC department and suppliers to correct or develop the quality of goods.- Preparing different reports in order to evaluate and compare suppliers and costs of every order, check the OTD ( On time Delivery) etc.- Negotiate with the suppliers to have the best agreed prices.
