• Supplying figures and information to Senior Managers and Directors for strategic meetings and business planning;

• Coordinating Life Science/Material Science orders including high end orders;
• Generating sales leads received from external customers and work with Territory Managers to progress lead to order;
• Generating quotations based on customers request or specification supplied by Territory Manager;
• Maintaining a high standard of Customer Service with internal and external customers;
• Maintaining excellent working relationships with external suppliers;
• Ensure 3rd party orders were delivered on time and to exact location;

• Main support contact for specific area of UK;
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and high attention to detail when completing administration;
• Logging all inbound and outbound customer calls in real time;
• Logging customer repairs for medical scopes and microscopy equipment using the company ERP system;
