Gained experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword research.The vast majority of my time was spent on client-facing work with a large banking and financial company prominent in the eastern United States. Many tasks related to off-site promotion, including research and identification of premium content syndication fit for the placement of optimized articles. I evaluated keywords and identified ones most beneficial to the client’s needs. I practiced link reclamation and submitted to search engine and infographic directories as well.Beyond assigned tasks, I researched and suggested new, creative outreach and off-site promotion ideas and tactics which were later implicated to benefit the client.I worked to improve a local non-profit’s donation webpage through search engine optimization and strategic selection of keywords to drive traffic. I attended many hospital events assisting in their production, making sure consent forms where signed, and writing summaries of these events for the hospital's website or employee newsletter which is seen by over 5000 employees.I also interviewed several individuals and constructed articles based on the interviews for this newsletter. I communicated with chiefs of medicine and various physicians to lead the creation of several clinical marketing pieces designed to announce new medical staff at the hospital. These pamphlets are mailed out to thousands of referring physicians.Other responsibilities included proofreading and editing many different documents as well as assisting with media outreach.

I acted as the sole recreational swim team coach, overseeing and coaching approximately 20 children, ages 8-13.

I worked as a lifeguard and taught swim lessons.I held responsibility of being accountable for hundreds of swimmers each day while using effective communication and people skills to promote safety and address concerns of patrons of all ages.I guided young swimmers to face fears, adhere to proper behavior, and strengthen swimming methods.
