I founded Equity Mediation, LLC, after 10 years as a Hearing Officer at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where I adjudicated a wide range of cases involving excessive trading, fraud, market manipulation, unsuitable investments and failure to supervise, among others. I have conducted over 100 FINRA mediations at a success rate averaging more than 85%. I have substantial background in the securities industry and complex financial transactions. I served in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC, the General Counsel’s Office at NASDAQ, and in private practice representing both brokerage firms and individual investors.
