As Women in STEM Group lead, Sara is responsible for facilitating group sessions with a focus on issues that women face in STEM. A part of this role includes creating a space to discuss different issues, reach out and recruit individuals, and create event plans.

Take prospective students and their families around campus through a designated tour route, showcase Ryerson campus and culture, and create a positive and welcoming environment for guests. Liaison with international special tours to organize programming for students, and helping the office coordinate school visits with Recruitment Officers

Manage a team of 8 students to hold the annual Formal for the students in the faculty. With a focus on creating an inclusive celebration, my team and I were able to throw an event for 350 people.
