I served as the touchpoint between third party couriers and the rest of the vault. I prepared outbound shipments, individual customer orders, as well as processed and filed incoming shipments, and managed inventory. I also interfaced directly with the customer service department fulfilling requests and correcting accounting errors. Over my last year in this position, I had grown into an unofficial assistant manager role, filling in gaps in production, helping maintain the vault and proper handling of records, helping new trainees, and keeping track of the overarching vault and adjusting where necessary to get all the work out the door on time.

Responsibilities included maintaining a safe, clean, organized stockroom, assisting labs in progress, preparing, troubleshooting, and setting up scheduled environmental science labs and cleanup, updating prep sheets for future labs.
