I helped clients across industries with a range of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. As a transactional specialist, I worked with businesses, financial institutions, private equity firms, and other clients to assess and manage environmental risks in corporate and transactional matters, and counsel clients on corporate social responsibility, ESG and sustainability issues. I also worked with both sponsors and lenders in connection with financing and developing major projects, and have particular experience with international environmental and social sustainability standards, including the Equator Principles.

Worked in Latham's Washington DC, Houston, TX and Chicago offices focusing on environmental transactions, project financing, public lands and natural resources, sustainability, and federal environmental law counseling.
