• Lead Armani Beauty sales and commercial activities in Department Stores • Develop and deliver a multi-axis strategy and budget for the brand in El Corte Inglés • Represent and promote the brand to the client (purchasing, marketing, merchandising departments)our Ba´s and teammates. • Work collaboratively with different departments and functions to ensure a unified and effective organizational strategy. E.g: Trade Marketing, Merchanding, Retail Education, RAM, CRM, O2O...• Play a key role in different multi-brand projects for the L´Oréal Luxe Division. E.g: the launch of the first Multi-brand Retail Concept for ECI :“CORE MODEL Bercial”. Co-create the concept along with the core team, analyze the market , convince and persuade the stakeholders (team Managers and client) , and challenge the status quo fostering new retail ideas.
