- Entered over a 1000 data points for marked trees and over 300 data points for Lemur social behavior and PC/MC matching.- Compiled a mater excel sheet for over 400 local tree names and possible scientific names associated with each that will be used to streamline the current data. - Programmed RStudio to analyze Lemur aggression, scratching and alarm call behavior in response to stress which created graphs that are going to be used for further research and help direct the statistical team.

- Managed interview process logistics to supports school’s recruitment efforts. - Approved the graduation pictures and quotes for class of 2020’s virtual commencement ceremony. - Interacted with an average of five people daily as a front desk attended and answered question or directed them to their proper destination location. - Responded and redirected an average of 20 emails regarding a variety of subjects, such as general inquiry, prerequisite questions and admission process that led to more availability of the director and associate director’s schedules to focus of other tasks

- Completed an Excel/PDF project relating to the radiation safety inspection that led to more efficiency in accessing the radiation inspections going forward. - Updated over 120 laser applications from Word to new PDF format with help of a fellow student assistant. The new applications are much more organized and can be updated easily when it comes to adding and removing authorized users as well as lasers. - Maintained the safety services vehicles and office cabinets that led to smooth function of all departments within Safety Services. - Completed a variety of small projects including copying, printing and making name tags that led to higher team productivity.

Assist with Department of Conservation projects under supervision of Natural and Working Lands Policy Advisor.

- Helped the conservation management team in a variety of tasks including seed processing, planting and creating fire rings to protect the oak trees from prescribed burns.

Peer Mentors supported the Upward Bound students during their 6 week summer program and residential experience. As a Peer Mentor, I was in charge of 14 students in the English class with the help of 2 other Peer mentor. Our goal was to help them improve their English language skills through tutoring but also provide the students with personal support and advice about college. During the one week residential experience Peer Mentor lived with the students in Sacramento State University dorms and took on the role of Residential Adviser. This position requires great communication, ability to tutor/teach, ability to work with adolescent children and ability to work long hours.

Student Help at LRC mainly sits behind the main or tutoring counter to provide costumer service and answer the questions of students using the center's services. As a Student Help I was also expected to answer calls, make tutoring appointments, file paperwork, clean, and take care of unlocking and locking the center's tablets from or into their charging location. This position requires good costumer service skills, good computer skills, ability to multitask and ability to solve problems.

Beacon Tutors are trained to lead group tutoring for specific courses they have taken before and excelled in. Tutoring happens 2 hours a week for 16 weeks the course is in progress. Subjects I tutored include: General Chemistry and General Physics. I used group tutoring time as a time to review material, go over examples, and address any questions the students might have had.
