• * Provide extensive administration support which includes billing, registration organization, client and driver communications and fleet vehicle support• * Personally responsible for numerous operational tasks including maintaining driver insurance, onboarding new staff and managing the referral process; back up to management on phone system, payment processing system and other administrative tasks in their absence• * Input accurate client and appointment data into the transportation software• * Facilitate financial transactions including both registrations and volunteer billing ensuring all privacy and financial policies are strictly monitored and adhered to• * Seek continuous improvement for all processes pertaining to the Wheels of Hope programs• * Maintain and communicate current information about treatment facilities• * Ensure client confidentiality• * Provide information and referral support for cancer information and peer support services• * Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and its regulations• * Complete all program registration services including evaluation, acceptance, fee collection and, if required compassionate assessments• * Evaluate, accept or decline trip requests

- Oversee all shipping and receiving of product to offsite location as well as product delivery to the store.- Utilize internal auditing procedures to ensure proper inventory counts .- Couple knowledge of top selling product and seasonality to make informed replenishment decisions to increase sales potential .- Conduct health and safety audits to ensure proper practices are maintained.- Utilize monthly touchbases with associates to discuss successes and opportunities for improvement.- Ensure specific organization of product to maximize efficency.

Operations- Assist in recruiting, selecting and training new associates.- Consistently execute critical actions directly related to success of the business including: timely shipment processing, introduction of new training methods, delegation of tasks, promotion change preperation and execution, and upkeep of all proper policies and procedures- Monitoring weekly and monthly reports including; pilferage, price variances, shipment discrepancies, cash handling procedures and hours spent on payroll.- Assist in week end and month end evaluations as well a yearly audits.Customer Service- The top rated Assistant Leader in a district of 25 for 2015 based on KPIS.- Most improved customer satisfaction for 2015 as per customer surveys.- Consistent coaching in the moment to strengthen associate skills and exceed sales goals and metrics.
