Ho iniziato a lavorare durante il liceo e, dopo aver conseguito la laurea in Giurisprudenza, ho svolto attività di stagista nel post recruitment di Accenture. Dopo una breve esperienza nel customer service (Westwing) e nel legal come junior contract negotiatior (Maire Tecnicmont) ho scoperto che l’aspetto che più mi piaceva era legato al mondo sales: trovare e proporre soluzioni al cliente con un approccio consulenziale. Inizio quindi il mio percorso nel ramo vendite in UL International con il ruolo di inside sales. Accetto poi l’opportunità di creare e gestire un team di televendita B2B in SIXT Rent a Car. Dopo circa un anno e mezzo, mi hanno assegnato il ruolo di Head of Sales.In DKV Mobility ho gestito due diversi Team Sales.Ora in RS gestisco il team del Front Office (Customer Service). *****I started working during High School and, after graduating in Law at Milano Bicocca University, I began as an intern in Accenture H . After a brief experience in customer service (Westwing) and in legal as a junior contract negotiator (Maire Tecnicmont), I found out that my soft skill and attitude could match with sales roles: finding and proposing solutions to customers through a consultant approach. I then switched my journey into sales department in UL International with the role of inside sales. After three years, I then accept the opportunity to create and manage a B2B telesales team in SIXT Rent a Car. After one year and half, I was promoted as Head of Sales.In DKV Mobility I managed two different Sales teams (one of up/cross-selling and the other of Sales Support outbound for field sales)Now in RS, I lead the Front Office team (Customer Service) composed by eight people.
