Served as dance program chair, dual credit liaison, and director of dance performances (2015-2019); Adjunct Faculty 2019- Present. Responsible for teaching and mentoring students of diverse backgrounds, including underserved populations.-Increased dance enrollment 30% despite 15% collegewide enrollment decline.- Produced 10 dance concerts featuring hundreds of PCC dance students, high school dance companies and local dance artists and raising awareness of PCC’s program among the Portland dance community.- Collaborated with music and theater program faculty members to produce bi- annual musical which reached 2,000+ audience members over two weeks.- Developed new academic dance curriculum to increase enrollment; partnered with administrators to improve safety and quality of the classroom environment; and motivated colleagues to participate in assessments of student learning.- Initiated and executed the inaugural Oregon Dance Education Organization conference at PCC, which raised statewide visibility of PCC’s dance program. Obtained Professional Organizational Development and Innovative Project grant to fund the event.- Promoted diversity by partnering with Teaching and Learning Center to host workshop for PCC students and staff on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Embodying Inclusivity.

Teach open Intermediate/Advanced Contemporary Dance Lab class as well as Improvisation and Contemporary Dance and set creative work for the Junior Artist Generator Program

I taught lyrical classes at Vega Dance+Lab. I also started the ballet and modern classes offered during daytime and was successful at creating a loyal following. All classes taught at Vega Dance+Lab were adult drop-in based.

Taught modern, lyrical, jazz, and hip hop classes to ages 6-18.

I was responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
