I work as Project Planner in a co-project called Photonics education in Joensuu. University of Eastern Finland has a two years project with Riveria (vocational education), Karelia (University of applied science) and Joensuu Science park to create new and unique photonics education path from second degree to doctoral level. This education path fulfills the current workforce need of Finnish and foreign companies. The path is done by recognizing, creating and making additional training pilots of the photonics education, together with local education organizations. Other targets are to promote education export services, to support the industry development, visits and networking, collecting and sharing information and development of Photonics Finland collaboration. I worked as part-time Business Manager in commercialization project called ChemiReader. I took care potential customer search and other commercialization actions.

I was taking care of the events and advocacy seeking on the sector of student's employment.

I was part-time Business Specialist in Pielinen Karelia Development Center. I was leading a group of small companies to improve their business, marketing and networking activities. I was also helping entrepreneurs' to commercialize their services.Group got funded from EU fund.

As a part of the Oppimo-program, I worked as a junior consultant in Sitra’s Ratkaisu100-project crowd sourcing campaign. Our multidisciplinary team's tasks included assisting in the marketing and planning of a national crowd sourcing campaign, the planning and facilitation of workshops and conduction of the data analysis for the campaign’s findings. I did business survey at local business area, interviewing local entrepreneurs about their markets and plans for the future.

At Oppimo 2015-2016 I taught a group of students to recognize their leadership and group work skills. During the Fall 2015 we used peer learning to increase our knowledge about various topics. I worked in a cultural organization, where I was responsible for marketing and being superior for four summer worker. In July I was also taking care of small coffee shop.

I organised the Maakansafest three times in summer 2012, 2013 and 2015. In year 2015 there were over 300 festival guests.
