- Design & execute the overall BU content and GTM plan. Develop key cross-BU projects to cross-sell and drive demand within multiple segments.- Mining corporate value selling & unique selling points by collaborating with sales and segment stakeholders, & turning the insights into compelling messaging and assets to drive growth.- Drive value-based communication strategies through sales enablement, ABM campaigns, technical notes, videos, social media posts, 3rd party organizations and SEO strategies to boost lead generation.- Maintain close alignment with segment & sales teams, ensuring consistent updates on plans and metrics for seamless communication to the sales force.

- Strategically build & execute ROI driven marketing plans based on country, business & marketing goals- Work cross functionally in a complex environment, building trust and closely collaborating with commercial stakeholders (MDs & senior managers), central marketing teams, clients & external vendors- Multichannel campaigns with goals varying from events, demand generation programs, existing business nurture, loyalty programs, awareness. Activations & channels leveraged include: - 30+ physical & online events (trade-shows, conferences, owned events, webinars) with min 10x ROI, 4 physical events exceeding expectation up to 40x ROI, including events with C-level and top accounts per region - Brand campaigns on- and off-line, nurture streams, paid media, email marketing, branding & ABM, product launches, social media and digital campaigns, merchandising. - Reporting and follow up through both CRM and reporting for alignment with commercial teams and broader marketing teams.- Localisation of global campaigns, adapting content and strategies to country-specific needs and consumer analytics & behavioral trends to drive local growth and business goals- Tracking and analyzing results, through analytical KPIs ROI, to measure campaign impact & set the ground for next year's channels prioritization.- Budget and external vendors management - Extensive knowledge of Digital Advertising and Retail Media strategy

The EMBS Seminar Team is in charge of organising the annual seminar that brings together the two genererations of the EMBS master's degree, the EMBS alumni and Professors.The major tasks include the identification of the proper European city where the seminar will be held, the organization of the activities, taking into considerations the partners involved (partnership with universities, company visits, workshops, speakers), the management and involvement of all the participants.
