I am working as a Trainee Lawyer at Withersworldwide, Corporate Team, Padua office. I recently graduated in Law at University of Padua, with full grades and Academic Honours, discussing a dissertation on a comparison between the duty of loyalty in US corporations and Italian Società per Azioni. I conducted part of my thesis research in North Carolina, USA, at Wake Forest University School of Law. Additionally, I shaped my international academic background by being part of the team representing the University of Padua at the 30th edition of the Willem C. Vis International Moot Court Competition, on international arbitration; as of now, I keep my contacts with the project by volunteering as a Coach for the Padua team.From September 2021 to February 2022 I took part to the Erasmus+ project, which boosted many of my soft skills, including flexibility, adaptability, independence and team work.While enrolled at University, and during the last two years of high school, I also worked as a Private teacher, helping students with their homework and study plan organization. Other than improving communication abilities, this role introducted me to the working wold.
