• Field Sales – Business-to-Business in San Francisco/South San Francisco area. • Responsible for portfolio of 90+ businesses, which required regular meetings with high-level executive officers, monthly site visits, and daily management of domestic and international shipping activity and issue resolution.• Under new company initiative, effectively bridged the gap between Operations and Sales by engaging and building relationships with Operations personnel on a daily basis, including station belt walks and joint rides with couriers.• Collaborated with Inside, Field, and Corporate Sales counterparts to develop strategies for securing new and incremental business.
