In charge of all the activities related to Human Resources Management in the plant acting in close cooperation with local management, plant Director and HR Director Italy. Main responsibilities: Development of an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance;Industrial relations;Employees career development, succession planning and key employee identification;Supporting line managers on employment issues and employee’s engagement;Performance management and competence development;HR policies, procedures, programs and laws communication: contact point for all personnel administration activities in the plant;Monitor development needs, set up training plans, implement and follow-up;Involvement and contribution in Italy and EMEA projects;Advice and coach leaders on people management and organization development.

Main activities:Design, implementation and organization of training initiatives for Marazzi Group and Emilceramica; Management and allocation of funds available for training purposes;Reporting on training process across Italy and Europe;Support on development and performance review processes;Implementation and maintenance of LMS and Performance & Goals Success Factors modules;Management of Marazzi Academy and Dual Project;Responsible of apprentices and trainees;Organization of Onboarding for newly hired employees;Taking care of relations with High Schools and Universities;Responsible for HR communication; Support on Recruiting process

Main activities:Design, definition and management of training activities in the reference area, developed through: funded training, market training and B2B projects, resulting from a careful analysis of the production context, defined in terms of the professional needs of companies;Consultant of training services at customer/prospective companies in the reference area;Promotion of training activities, CV screening and selection of candidates.
